Bodybuilding And Gym podcasts

You train, eat, film the episode, and have nothing left for clipping.

Lifters follow people, not shows, and the way they decide who to follow is by watching how you coach in thirty seconds. A single form cue or an honest prep update does more for your audience than a polished trailer, because it shows what you are actually like in the room. Your episodes are full of those moments. They just happen to be buried an hour deep.

What gets in the way

Send the episode; the clips come back cut, captioned and ranked. That is the whole job on your side.

The moments that travel

The form fixWhen you or a guest change one angle and the lift looks different, people rewatch it.
Honest check-inA prep update where the number did not move, and you explain why, earns more trust than a good week does.
Gym etiquette rantThe pet peeve everyone in the weight room shares gets sent to training partners.
Guest coach disagreesTwo coaches arguing about volume or frequency, with you in the middle, is the kind of clip people take sides on.
What the stage does not showThe backstage reality of show day is something only competitors can describe.

Hooks in your show's voice

What we leave out

Do not clip performance enhancing drug talk out of context, because the caveats about health and legality are the whole point of that conversation. Leave extreme water or sodium manipulation, and any lift that looks reckless without the explanation, inside the episode where the explanation lives. Every clip comes with a safety check and its reasons, and nothing goes out until you post it.

Questions

My episodes are filmed in the gym with background noise. Can you still clip them?

Yes, as long as your voice is intelligible on the recording. Captions carry the words when the sound of the room competes with you.

Can clips show the exercise and the explanation together?

Yes. When the camera shows the lift, the clip keeps the movement in frame and puts the cue in text so it works with the sound off.

I talk about both enhanced and natural training. Will clips get flagged?

Nobody can promise how a platform treats a given clip. You approve each one, and anything that discusses substances keeps its context rather than becoming a one line claim.
