Boxing And Mma podcasts

The fight ended Saturday. Your breakdown can't wait until Wednesday.

Fight fans argue in the hours after the final bell, and whoever has a sharp opinion on screen in that window gets heard. Your episode has the pick, the scorecard dispute and the matchup breakdown, but it is buried in ninety minutes of audio. Clips get the moment where you call a fight to the people still arguing about it.

What gets in the way

Send the episode; the clips come back cut, captioned and ranked. That is the whole job on your side.

The moments that travel

The pick with a methodNaming the winner is common; naming the round and the finish is what gets screenshotted and argued over.
The scorecard argumentA disputed decision is the one topic every fan has an opinion on, and hearing you score it round by round pulls them in.
The technical breakdownExplaining why a jab or a takedown entry worked turns a casual viewer into someone who wants the full episode.
The matchmaking callTelling a promoter who to book next gives viewers something to agree with or reject out loud.
The guest fighter's honest momentWhen a fighter on your show says what a press conference would never let them say, that is the clip.

Hooks in your show's voice

What we leave out

Never drop broadcast or promotion fight footage into a clip, and treat any guest comment about injuries, drug testing or a fighter's contract as something to leave in the full episode where the context lives. Keep a pick clip attached to the reasoning, because a bare prediction with no why reads as a bet slip rather than analysis. Every clip comes with a safety check and its reasons, and nothing goes out until you post it.

Questions

We can't show the fights. What does a clip even look like?

You, on camera, making the call, with captions carrying the words and a title that names the fighters. The strength of a fight podcast clip is the opinion, not replay.

Our post fight episode goes up Sunday morning. When would clips be ready?

Upload as soon as you stop recording and clips come back the same day on Pro or within a day on Starter, with a rush add-on for when the result is still the conversation. There is no card schedule to set up front, so the sooner the file is uploaded, the sooner the page lands on your phone.

Can you prioritize the main event over the prelim talk?

There is no way to flag segments ahead of clipping, but main event talk usually ranks high on its own because it carries the clearest opinions, and each clip comes with a plain reason for its rank. If a prelim clip outranks a moment you wanted, ask for a different cut with "Change this".
