Therapy And Counseling podcasts

Your episode explains attachment beautifully. The feed never finds it.

Most of what people learn about mental health now comes from clips, and a lot of it is wrong. When a clinician explains a pattern calmly and accurately in under a minute, it stands out precisely because it is not shouting. Your episodes already do that work. Clips put it in front of the people who are currently learning psychology from someone who read one book.

What gets in the way

Send the episode; the clips come back cut, captioned and ranked. That is the whole job on your side.

The moments that travel

Naming the patternPeople recognize themselves when you describe a behavior without judging the person doing it.
That is a normal responseReassurance from a clinician lands differently from reassurance from a friend.
The script for a hard conversationWord for word language someone can use with a partner or a parent gets saved and rewatched.
Correcting the pop psychologyThe term everyone misuses, explained properly, is the clip that gets argued about in the comments.
Why therapy feels slowAn honest account of what the work actually involves reaches people who are deciding whether to start.

Hooks in your show's voice

The on-screen line for the first seconds of a Short. Examples of the shape:

What we leave out

Nothing that resembles a case, composite or not, gets clipped, and anything touching suicide, self harm or abuse stays inside the full episode where the context and the resources live. Keep the 'this is education, not treatment' framing attached, and leave out moments where a guest discloses more than they meant to. Every clip comes with a safety check and its reasons, and nothing goes out until you post it.

8 to 15 Shorts, plus teasers, thumbnails from real frames, and a title and description, on a private page on your phone, within a day. Each Short is scored, with a plain reason why it should work. You post them wherever you like, full quality, no watermark.

Questions

How do you handle anything that sounds like a client story?

It does not get clipped. You review every clip before it posts, and anything that could be read as a specific person stays in the full episode.

Can a clip carry a crisis line or other resources?

Yes, in a practical way: you post every clip yourself, so paste a crisis line into the post text for heavy episodes before it goes out. Say it on air too and it is captioned word for word in any clip that includes it.

Will titles diagnose people for clicks?

No. Titles describe what the clip explains, not what the viewer supposedly has, and every title lands on your page before you post, so anything that reads like a diagnosis can be rewritten with "Change this".
